

I started my journey at 450 pounds, dealing with limited mobility, a shoulder injury, and very low activity levels. A defining moment came when I was playing soccer with my daughter and realized I couldn't keep up with her.


Since joining Squad, everything about my fitness has changed for the better. I've built real strength, improved my endurance, and made steady progress in both my lifting and running. At 40, I'm in the best shape I've been in years.


When I joined Squad Fitness in 2023, I was around 250 pounds and honestly just wanted to feel better and stop living in constant discomfort.


When I joined Squad Fitness, I was already active and thought I was in pretty good shape โ but it wasn't until I fully committed to the process that everything changed.


When I joined Squad Fitness last March, I weighed 282 pounds and had never stayed consistent in a gym for more than two weeks.
